Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume drops or restocks, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, shipping typically takes 5–7 business days.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages.

  • We are not obligated to reship or refund the order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, Never Fold is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If you believe your package was stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Delays

Never Fold is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Holidays

  • Incorrect shipping information
