Never Fold – No Refund & Return Policy

At Never Fold, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the issue is a result of an error on our end. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Eligible Issues (Our Error Only)

We will only replace or refund an item if:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The item arrived damaged.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • The size or design sent does not match what you ordered.

To report an issue, you must:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number.

  • Provide clear photos showing the issue.

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Not Eligible for Refunds or Returns

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection.

  • Buyer’s remorse.

  • Minor variations in color due to screen differences.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer.

Never Fold reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet the above conditions.
